I lived here for 2 years from 2021 - 2023. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience living at Wildwoods! The office staff are very friendly and easy to work with. The maintenance staff are all great. Maintenance responds to work orders very quickly and they were very good about watching for my cat when they came in. The large patio is a great perk. My view was into the woods, which was very pleasant. Living on a second floor unit in a 1/1, the electricity bill was never outrageous while using the heating and the air conditioning. The amount of storage space in the unit is very adequate for a single resident in the unit. There is not a dedicated pantry in this unit, but there is a large amount of storage in the kitchen cabinets for the renovated units. Would be happy to liv

This community was great when my boyfriend and I first moved in! The office staff was very friendly and communicated well. Mackenzie was great and always such a help - it was sad to see her leave! We lived here for 3 years and the communication slowly decreased during our stay. We were told this was due to a group of residents creating a complaint club thing because of “subpar living conditions”. We did not experience subpar living conditions nor participate in this group, but the entire feel of the community diminished following this and the office came off as very guarded. This was really disappointing as the office staff were so great when we moved in - they handed out treats for pets at Christmas or if they saw you walking by, gave tins of cookies at Christmas, but all of this stopped

Wildwoods is a beautiful place to come home to, quiet and serene. The best attribute is the WONDERFUL STAFF at Wildwoods, always welcoming with a calm and friendly atmosphere, and so very pleasant-each and all. Great Maintenance staff too! You will love life at Wildwoods of Lake Johnson!

My apartment is beautiful, the maintenance staff is so responsive (both times I needed help it was the same day!) the grounds keeping crew does a fantastic job making the property beautiful with flowers and trees. The proper staff even gave me a very nice welcoming bag with treats for my dog, dish soap, hand soaps at my sink and trash bags. I felt like I was staying at an Airbnb! My views are incredible and I can see the lake from my screened in porch. I saw a complaint from a resident that the pool was closed which is true but it was for electrical reason and needed repairs. The other amenities of a tennis court, pickle ball court, grills, dog park and basketball all remain open. I stayed at very high end apartments and none of them had a tennis court or grounds that were as beautiful as
