Wildwood Towers

It used to be a great place to live, lived here for almost 20 years. Has a lot of good conveniences and a pretty solid maintenance team. Now things have changed. There are multiple things in the lease that Dittmar has seen fit to not fulfill. My lease specifically states that it's a pet free building but there are dogs everywhere, sometimes without a leash. As someone who is highly allergic this is a serious deal breaker for me. Also, they've been keeping the AC off longer even though it's been super hot, and when I pressed them for an answer, they bounced me around different telephone numbers and emails where everyone I talked to said "I don't know anything about that" What a shame, but I'm not signing my lease again here, I'm very much looking forward to moving. Called this building home when my parents moved here in 1983. Fond memories of this place. Rent was 500 a month back then. Arlington has changed so much. Glad to see cinema draft house still there.

I am a resident of this apartment for more than a year. I was wonderful until they have a new manager who are so rude. The guy name Lucio is so rude, mean and unrespectful that I haven’t seen before.

The walls were became fungus so they sayd fix it soon but it almost past 6 weeks they don't do anything. So we sick because of fungus😭😭
