Wildwood Park

Stayed here for 4 years. I loved my apartment but every year my rent went up by around $200. The building is pretty money hungry. It has very nice amenities but I had many issues with management after the building manager change. I’ve gotten my car towed 3 times, it’s a massive building with very few guest parking spots that is first come first serve and only take cash (maybe 10 spots total) & the parking spots are SMALL (I’ve gotten my car hit in the parking lot overnight, they have NO cameras in the lot). I’ve had maintenance leave trash in my apartment (maintenance is very responsive though), & I’ve had them allow contractors that installed Verizon to come into my apartment without my knowledge & take my things out of my storage closet & put them in my hallway and my BEDROOM and leave i

Let me start with my biggest complaint is some of the neighbors not the complex itself. People in this area can be entitled and rude. That’s something no apartment complex can fix. I’ve been living here for 3 years and can honestly say this place is better than many places in the area. Is it expensive? Yes, I would definitely say the company that owns this place is a bit more money hungry than it needs to be. However, that does discount the truth. 1.) Maintenance is the best I’ve ever seen. Not just in reference to how they tackle work orders, but overall how they maintain this building. I’ve never seen such a dedicated and diligent team of people. 2.) The front desk concierge staff is beyond amazing. This is a service many buildings don’t have or lack the elite customer service skills

I stayed here for 2 years. I have to say this is the best community I’ve ever stayed in. All neighborhoods are friendly and quiet. They cleaned hallway, the elevator and everything like twice a day so the entire building smells good. All the staffs worked at front desk are awesome and friendly. They really try to help you out when you need help. The maintenance staffs are efficient and they are very responsive. They have 24 hours front desk. The storage unit at level B is also the best price ever! If I could stay in the DMV area, I would like to live here forever! Btw they are working on brand new mailing system and new grocery store which are awesome!!!! I love Wildwood park and I will recommend it to everyone.

The building is full of small #roaches. Expect to see at least ten cockroaches every day if they do spray. They have a rude pest control staff who does not do a good job. Besides roaches, the building is not recommended for professionals because of too many noises. Some neighbors have four kids in a one-bedroom, and sometimes there is more than one family live in a unit, so there is always children screaming non-stop! Be aware! They make it impossible to work from home!!!!!!!!!

I am a long time resident here at wildwoodpark 5550 Columbia Pike for about 20 years in the Sam unit, i never had no issues or problems in my apartment ,i am very happy and comfortable and satisfied the way this building is kept very clean inside and outside, the ground is beautiful and clean, the resident manager is very helpful and friendly, as well the Leasing manager (Cory) he is very helpful very professional and very nice to the residents, as well the front desk agents very friendly. Wildwoodpark apartments are very beautiful and clean and comfortable, I recommend this place for everyone who wants to be happy
