I lived in this complex for 4 years and my experience was very positive. From the very first day, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The property was always clean, quiet, and well maintained. Valerie is very friendly and diligent; always attentive. Additionally she is bilingual, which is so helpful ✨ I take away very good memories from this stage of my life and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great long-term place to live.

Long time resident and let me tell you new management has exceeded their expectations, the office staff and maintenance are so professional and efficient, pool looks great after the new repairs they’ve made, I renewed my lease for another year and I don’t plan on leaving, love it here !

The staff here at Wildwood is top notch. They have worked hard the last couple of weeks to get the pool turned around after having some issues. Every day those guys are out there doing what they can to get the pool cleared back up for use.

staff has changed recently & i am thrilled! office ladies are always friendly. kaila, specifically is my favorite! love her outgoing personality & willingness to help. the property is very well-kept & beautiful! i’ve lived in quite a few apartments & this is by FAR my favorite!

As a first-time renter, I was pretty nervous about the whole leasing process, but Valerie made everything incredibly easy. She’s super kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. She walked me through every step and made sure I understood all my options. I haven’t moved in yet, which is why I’m giving four stars for now—but I already know my unit is going to be great, and I’m sure I’ll be updating this to five stars after move-in. Thanks, Valerie!
