Wildflower

Staff was excellent! We toured the complex and was impressed by the cleanliness of the grounds, the amenities, the parking garage, and the location. After touring numerous places prior to coming to the Wildflower, we were overwhelmed by the thought of not finding a safe, secure, clean place for our twin boys who will be attending UF Fall of 2026. Wildflower checked all of our boxes and then some. Big shout out to Meghan and Gabby!!

Exploitative, Unsanitary, and Hostile This complex targets students with relentless money-grabbing tactics. They manufacture fines out of thin air — anything from vague parking violations to arbitrary infractions. The apartments are crawling with bed bugs, mice, and roaches. If you report it, you get charged for pest control, even when the infestation clearly spreads from neighboring units. Despite supposedly having pest management in place, the problem never goes away. Staff are rude and uncooperative. The lease is a trap: zero tenant rights, maximum penalties. Complaints are met with legalese from the lease, not solutions. The leasing office feels more like a courtroom than a support center. Avoid this complex unless you enjoy being exploited and ignored.

I lived at Wildflower for 2 years during school at it was great! The staff was always helpful, the amenities are awesome, and the walk to classes was so short. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an awesome place!

The single worst housing experience I’ve suffered. Constant, money-grabbing behavior coupled with an aging building and terrible maintenance. Avoid if possible. Highlights include: - Never thoroughly cleaned the apartment at move in, thick layer of dust on all hard to reach surfaces - Washer machine that only further dirtied clothes, no replaced despite 3 failed maintenance attempts - AC unit breaking numerous time. Left without heat on the coldest days of the year - Never cleaned up after patchwork repairs. Maintenance team left muddy footsteps and broken spark plugs all over my carpet floor. - AC unit ultimately flooding the unit, causing the bathroom ceiling to crumble - Wildflower taking over 3 months to fix the hole in the ceiling - While fixing the ceiling, cracked the bathroom tile

Rachel was very sweet ! She was kind and very honest. She made me feel very comfortable and I can’t wait to move in next year.
