Wildflower Apartments

They kept my entire deposit, charged me an additional $150, and sent it to collections even though I left the unit in better condition than when I moved in. I went out of my way to hire my own cleaner before leaving to make the process easier for them. It’s honestly hurtful to see residents who truly care for their homes treated this way.

I've also noticed that your rent prices have increased, despite the fact that the apartments are old. Many people have reported issues of black mold, which can pose serious health risks. It's concerning how you maintain occupancy given the way tenants are treated and the escalating costs for such low-quality living conditions. We were a co-signer for my daughter. This place is awful. Their rates are expensive, their property manager lied to us about how their leasing special works, and they were not responsive to emails or in the office during office hours. They made my daughter pay a breakage fee of 2k, payback her leasing special in full even though they had already applied it, and did not give back her deposit and did not provide any written reason to keeping it. Overall it cost her 4.2K to leave on a 1.5k monthly rent because they lied about the lease and the property quality for price is awful. Please, so somewhere else, anywhere else, I beg you. Look at the last few reviews here, this is not a good place to rent from, it’s a renting scam.

Okay first and foremost thank u to Val and her assistant for making this place our home! Our experience was amazing like them of course, Communication was the key to all this and they didn’t miss a step of it, they made every step so easy. The moment I step foot in the office i felt like where do I sign before looking at the place lol but honestly these wonderful team won’t leave u disappointed

This is by far the worse property management company there is not only as a whole 11Residential but down to the individual employees. Val, Latisha, and Michael. Mistake after mistake was made by the staff. Every single time there was an issue Val was quick to be accusatory and blamed me for the mistake. I was blamed for not paying utilities, incorrect ledger, not having renters insurance, and other mistakes. EVERY SINGLE time I provided proof that everything was correct on my end and still no accountability from the whole company. I have email, voicemails, and screenshots to back up my statements.
