YIKES. Please think twice about moving here. Let's start with the positives, to be fair. It is an absolutely stunning apartment. The lobby is gorgeous, and the rooftop has a great view of the mountains. The location is also pretty solid. Walking distance from Sloan's and right on the highway so you can get just about anywhere in Denver in 20 minutes or so. Now, the downfalls...and there are plenty. What it comes down to is management. Although everyone is nice, the organization is a disaster. - The recycling has been an issue since I moved in. It is now a full-on MOUNTAIN of trash. I know the bug and mice problem is soon to follow. - Fetch. This brand-new apartment opted for a horrible package service rather than prioritizing a package room. Fetch is a 3rd party package service, so inste
I don't think Google allows as many words as I need in order to write this review, but I would start by warning ANYONE touring this property to stay far away from Wilder and any Greystar properties. Do NOT let the pretty decor and architecture fool you. I was told about this property by an apartment locator who I would not work with again. The lobby and the design of the building are beautiful and the Nespresso machine upstairs (when it's stocked) is an awesome perk. The view from the rooftop is so gorgeous, but other than that, I have nothing positive to say about this building. Keep in mind, these units are brand new. When I initially moved in in the middle of July, my AC was broken and did not get fixed for a week. My oven did not work for a month (every time I turned it on, it woul
If you’re considering moving to Wilder, please read this first. I’ve only lived here for 7 weeks, and in that short amount of time my vehicle was stolen right in front of the building, fully visible from my patio and only about 300 feet from the front entrance. That alone should concern any future resident — but what happened afterward is why I’m writing this review. Unfortunately, instead of helping me gather information or alerting residents to be cautious, management tried to keep the situation quiet. When I attempted to post in the “Resident Experience” app to ask neighbors for sightings or any potential info, my message was denied. I understand they don’t want to scare residents, but crimes are literally happening at our front door, and residents deserve transparency — not silence.
Great place to call home! I’ve really enjoyed living at the Wilder Apartments. The building itself is beautiful and high end with great amenities and stunning views. The location is hard to beat with easy access to downtown, the freeway and everything you need nearby. When I first moved in I did run into a few minor issues similar to what others have mentioned, but in my experience management handled everything quickly and professionally For me, with new construction, it’s understandable that small things will come up however, management made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, I’m very happy living here the building, the residents, and the convenience of the location all make the Wilder a great place to live.
The property manager here is amazing! Any concern I brought up to her directly was resolved within days, sometimes even within hours. A few items in my apartment required warranty service through a third-party vendor, which took a little longer to schedule, but they were still resolved quickly. As for recycling, I actually feel bad for the team. The area is usually clean and well maintained, but one day someone left more than 20 unbroken boxes which caused the temporary issue. I truly enjoy living here and highly recommend this property to anyone. Given the issues I have experienced at other places, this community has been a breath of fresh air.
