Wild Pines

We at Everline Coatings and Services recently had the opportunity to do some work improving the parking lot at Wild Pines. Talya and Julia were fantastic to work with. The staff is very pleasant and the new ownership is looking to continuously improve the property.

Wild pines is a nice community, it's quiet, and I can't say that the maintenance people they really keep up the place. And my neighbors are nice and quiet I love it

Wild Pines is a wonderful place to live and enjoy the city of Naples shopping area and ect.

Cons: Tiny apartment depending on which unit you get. Laundry facilities are often broken, so you kinda have to drive between the 2 laundry centers to find machines sometimes… and they charged for valet trash service which wasn’t available for a few months when I first moved in in 2021 without offering to reimburse me. Sometimes neighbors can be loud. Pros: Very safe environment and great location, I’ve never had any issues living here. Close to Naples beach, 5th Ave, and lots of shops as well as the gym and university I attend. The staff at the office and the maintenance crew are very friendly and helpful. They reassigned my apartment after I was flooded during the hurricane relatively quickly which was very appreciated. Would continue to live here since it’s inexpensive compared to othe

I’m extremely pleased with my experience at Wild Pines Leishla made the move in process extremely easy and less intimidating as it was my first leasing experience. I highly recommended Wild Pines if you’re looking for a nice quite and affordable community in Naples!
