Rushed us to closing but was late to the meeting after not even telling me about the scheduled day/time until I called multiple days in a row (many calls going unanswered or simply unreturned). Insisted he told me though he didn’t. Took over 3 months and multiple correspondence from us and our insurance agent to get the check from closing on 10/30/24 to the insurance company which resulted in cancellation and reinstatement of our policy.

Don't trust them, Found a lien on the home I was purchasing told me it was taken care of and was paid on the home when I signed the closing papers,8 months later I find out that the lien was not paid. called several times and the owner Jeff would not speak to me. Thank god I had the owners policy for it to get resolved.

I would not recommend this title company to anyone. The people are very rude, condescending, curt, and not customer centered. My realtor and myself had to initiate communication for updates and to ensure things were not being lost in the shuffle . Made mistakes in charges for the closing process. In addition, this is the first title company that I have worked with that will not meet the customer where it is convenient for signing, instead I was rudely told to “work with them” when I lived 50 miles away and work. Very bad experience with selling my home with this company.

BEWARE!!!!!!! If you are looking for a title insurance company that will ignore you, take forever, violate contractual agreements and simply not do their job, look no further this is the title insurance company for you. This company has absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever. They do not care that a home purchase is likely the most expensive process anyone will ever go through and probably the most stressful. On top of having absolutely no regard for that they will also leave you completely in the dark as to what they are doing in the meantime to follow through with the close of your property. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this title insurance company.

Sold a home by owner with no clue of the process. Tim, Amy, and Alicia walked us through the entire process and helped us close a seamless transition. We would highly recommend them to anyone, especially someone new to selling their home.
