Rayn is the best. He helped us through some difficult times (the recession) managing a 21,000 St shopping center in Suwanee. He always listened to our concerns and provided guidance with our best interests at heart. I've been the tenant of a property that Wiedmayer + Co manages for more than 5 years. During that time, I've made many requests. Some (maybe most) of which, have been kind of...unreasonable. In spite of that, Ryan and everyone on his team has been completely professional and appropriately accommodating. I'm complete satisfied their services and honestly couldn't ask for more as a tenant.
