Good road side appeal other than the landscaping. Great access to garage and parking. Good management in terms of tenant respectful expectations in shared space. Good communication notices. Internal maintenance is sufficient but minimal. Appliance upgrades are slow. Snow removal is just ok. Customer service, beyond apartment management, is poor and lacking at the regional level. It is often condescending, demanding and rude with only remote communications - rather than approachable, trying to come to a resolution.

Very quiet area with decent neighbors. I’m on my 3rd year here and I’ve never had issues with management or maintenance. Carl is almost always here doing some type of yard work or cleaning, just in general taking care of the property and it’s really nice to see. Maintenance is always very quick to respond and has definitely gone above and beyond when I accidentally clogged my tub and he was here before the sun was up so I could take a shower 😆 They’ve made improvements since I moved in. Hallways have been refreshed and cleaned up. At one point I expressed a safety concern with my balcony being soft, and within a couple weeks/month they had everybody’s balconies replaced. The maintenance personnel are amazing! I reported an issue with our fridge and they were here and had it fixed within the hour. The few times I had to contact maintenance, it took no longer than 1 day to fix the issue and they were not urgent issues. The heated pool/hot tub/sauna are very clean and we use them 3 to 4 times a week. The grounds are well kept and the apartment was clean and up to date when we moved in. The electric costs approx. $130.00/month which I believe is reasonable since everything in the apartment is electric. After owning a house for 30 years and then moving in here; it's nice to not worry about a thing.

My family and I live in a 3 bedroom apartment. This is by far the best property management team my fiancé and I have ever rented with in Milwaukee. Every step was professional and easy from viewing the apartment, lease signing, and contacting maintenance. In 15 years of renting in MKE never had a maintenance team that ACTUALLY FIXED ISSUES. It is very refreshing. Our family of four is now becoming a family of five so we are relocating to a new city before our lease is over and Lucy (our rental manager) has been very helpful with assisting us in re-renting our unit before our lease is through, move-out procedure, etc. She has been absolutely amazing during our entire rental period. Worst company to rent from! They found every reason to keep my full security deposit which was over 1600$. I had brand new carpets and they charged $205 all because I had a pet. There were no smells or stains as I was only for 6 months of my term. They also charged me 250$ for an “illegal animal pet fee” but it’s illegal to charge for Emotional Support Animals. And they were notified that I had the pet.
