The leasing process had been a trainwreck from the beginning. Set up an appointment and tour at the end of October only for the building to not be completed to actually tour. Despite that, placed "Security Deposit" and application fee based upon floor plan renderings. Shortly, after informed I would only be able to get a 1 Bedroom versus 2 bedroom. (Perfectly, Ok), reassigned to a unit that I did NOT pick nor approve and given a move in date despite final approval. Only be told there's no larger units available, and the leasing manager never even gave me an option to decline that new assigned unit or not. We are now at December 12th, still no final approval and was offered to go look at all available units left over. I Went and viewed and nothing available would fit my needs, (Perfectly, F

I want to share my experience with this leasing office, which was unprofessional, inconsistent, and extremely frustrating from my very first interaction. I understand that policies and regulations need to be followed, and I am fully prepared to comply with all necessary procedures. However, I find it completely unacceptable that I was never informed of my screening results—especially if I failed initially, as was stated by a staff member. Prompt communication would have allowed me to make informed decisions and avoid wasting time, energy, and resources.
