Whole Property Management

From the beginning, this management company has been clear and straightforward about their process and expectations. Their systems are simple and well organized, which makes everything easy to navigate. Zach (PM) and Isaac (APM) have been excellent with communication and responsive whenever I’ve reached out. Six months in, I have nothing but positive things to say about both the company and the property.

I've been using Whole Property Management for 6-months and have been incredibly please with their level of service and transparency in everything they do. Working with Erin is delightful, she responds quickly, gets stuff done, and is always willing to go the extra mile to take care of issues, most of which I have created. I've worked with many property management companies over the years, and I can honestly say that Whole PM has been one of the best. They’ve been both diligent and responsive. When the furnace needed replacement, they proactively obtained multiple bids, enabling a more informed decision and ultimately achieving the best value. The staff typically responds to requests within a couple of days, which I greatly appreciate. The property manager assigned to my condo, Zach, did an excellent job managing the re-listing process and ensuring everything necessary was done to get the property rented. I especially appreciated how closely he collaborated with me on tenant-specific requests.

I have been their client only for about a month or so. My impression of WPM is that they are upfront about what you can expect. I liked the communication with my property manger and found them to be respectful of my requests and enquiries. The one thing that I would appreciate having is more information beforehand about a planned expense and have a say in it/selecting a vendor. I also think that they do do a good job of screening clients and nice to note that they have a 'skin in the game' and offer some protection to homeowners related to eviction / rent non-payment. It is a bit early in my journey with them and hopefully I'll have more good things to say.

Despite only leasing through Whole PM for a month - Erin and Luis have proven to be extremely responsive and thorough in their support and problem solving when we ran into range issues. We highly recommend leasing through Whole PM and specifically their team! It is also clear they work very closely with property owners and so far have shown great attention to detail.
