Whittaker Place Apartments

I would like to say that Laura, the property manager, is outstanding she deserves a raise or promotion. She keeps you informed on anything and pertaining to renting out an apartment. Quick maintenance response. Laura even answered an email I sent to her regarding my brother who resided there, and she was off that day. Highly recommend 5 stars. Great place to live.

Let me just start by saying Jasmine. That’s it. That’s the review. Ms. Jasmine is so down to earth yet professional. This would be my first apartment on my own and she made this so easy for me. I applied and felt like I was right at home instantly. She’s very straight to the point, courteous, and detailed oriented. I truly appreciate the person she is for making this process so easy and welcoming. Nevertheless, the apartments themselves are gorgeous and very affordable. I knew I was gonna make this my home when I did the virtual tour. I can’t wait to get settled in.

Gotta give it up first and foremost to Jasmine! Ms. Jasmine is immaculate at what is presented in front of her. Jasmine takes pride in working with others, she’s patient, gives urgency to a situation, and understands! She may get busy but she never leave you and forget about what you requested or need information on. This is my first ever apartment. I moved in last year of March, I wasn’t too sure about my possibilities of managing the bills and rent on top of that and when I needed guidance Jasmine was there with a CAPITAL T. Honestly a good apartment for a young adult. I’ve been here for a year and I haven’t had any problems.Jasmine is amazing and made sure I was well taken care of. The price for the apartment is very good and fair as well as the staff always making sure that the apartment as a whole is clean and smells good. Very secure and safe as well. Also the apartment is very beautiful and luxurious. Even the moving in process was easy and fast. I highly recommend and I’m Happy to say this is my first apartment!

Very nice apartments! Jasmine is very helpful and understanding, she has been that way since the beginning. The maintenance lady is also great very friendly & helpful! Been here for almost a year and can honestly say its been a pretty good experience so far.
