Wow! This is hands down the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in. The entire staff—including the maintenance team—were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, responsive, and truly cared about residents. We received almost our entire security deposit back, and the portion that was withheld was completely fair and reasonable. Even considering the surrounding area, the community feels like its own safe and peaceful bubble. The neighbors are friendly, the property is quiet, and the apartments are impressively soundproof. We rarely heard our neighbors unless there was yelling or heavy footsteps from above. Leasing and Tour experience was great working with Aurelio. He stayed late even a few times helping us to get our place. Made everything really easy once we were ready to make a decision to make the Whitney our new home.

We recently booked a tour at Whitney Uptown and I just wanted to say how great the experience was. The property is very well kept, clean, and professionally managed. The staff was easy to work with, communicated clearly, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Tiffany was absolutely wonderful during our tour at the Whitney Uptown Apartments. From the moment we met her, she was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Her personality instantly made us feel comfortable, and she took the time to answer every question with patience and care. She was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout the entire tour, making the experience feel personal rather than rushed or scripted. Tiffany truly goes above and beyond, and she’s a huge reason the Whitney Uptown feels like such a great place to call home.

JB is the best! He stopped by the same day to fix my toilet and bathroom drainage right before the holidays, and that meant so much to me and my girlfriend. We truly appreciate him taking the time out of his day and paying attention to our issue when it mattered most. I even offered him lunch, and he wouldn’t take it he simply said, “I’m just doing my job.” That kind of selfless service is exactly what I look for in a community.
