A very nice apartment complex that not only has easy access to Yale but to all the points of interest in New Haven Ct.
Very pleasant and safe community. Plenty of parking. The building and grounds are very well maintained. You could not ask for a better location - 5 minutes drive from the major stores and restaurants, as well as the parkway and 95. Walking distance to local small businesses. Grateful that I'm able to live in this excellent building. Highly recommend if a unit opens up.
