Whitnall Garden Apartments

I lived at this apartment complex for three years with my brother. We rented a two bedroom unit that was recently updated and very clean. The location was minutes from restaurants and shops that are within walking distance. The property has on-site parking, storage, laundry, and is easily accessible by public transportation. Mike, the manager, was easy to get in contact with and always willing to help. I highly recommend Milwaukee Street Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to rent.

My mother and I were on the hunt for a spacious two bedroom apartment. We were delighted to find that the units very clean, kept in great condition, and recently updated. Mike, the manager, was always responsive and addressed all concerns right away. The property has on-site parking, storage, and laundry. They have garage and outdoor parking which is convenient  for the winter weather. The building was so close to amazing restaurants and shops. It had easy access to the highway, public transportation and was a cheap Uber wherever you want to go. St. Francis was one of the more up and coming areas to live in within Milwaukee. We highly recommend Milwaukee Street Apartments as it made our life easier living in this location. Thank you!

Absolutely incredible property! Wish I could give it more than 5 stars. Mike and Toly are phenomenal and made this experience very pleasant and easy. Highly recommend!

Can't recommend this place enough. Convenient location, great neighborhood, and Mike the manager is awesome. Never had any issues and if I didn't change jobs, I'd probably still be living here!

Mike and Anatoly are fantastic managers. Apartment is spacious and clean. I absolutely love this spot and location!
