🔺 Before you move in, Especially if u have kids. take a look at my review and pay attention to the following points: 1️⃣. Packages are frequently stolen here. In fact, that’s how I got to know one of my neighbors on the first floor and another on the fourth floor—they’ve had packages stolen just like me. I've lost 6 packages over the years. It’s absolutely ridiculous. 2️⃣. （3 videos attached）I finally understand why some apartments ban dogs. I used to think, “They’re just pets, it can’t be that big of a deal.” But now, I’ve experienced it firsthand. The new neighbors upstairs have two dogs that run around nonstop from morning to night. On top of that, they have toys. Every time the dogs chew, toss, or drag their toys, the sound of the toys hitting the floor reverberates through my apartmen

I’ve hit my limit. I have to write this today — we’ve tolerated this since 2024 Winter, and today was the last straw. The nonstop banging, stomping, dragging, and their dog running laps and playing fetch inside the apartment… I’ve never met people this shameless. Tonight, (Apt 40*) their dog has been playing ball from 6 PM all the way to 11:24 PM. We yelled — they didn’t stop. Unbelievable. Every single day, as long as they’re home, the noise never stops. Our “quiet moments” last maybe 5–10 minutes. It’s like living in a cabin full of rats and woodpeckers tapping in the walls — except these are our human neighbors and their dog. We even tried to transfer to the 5th floor just to END this misery once and for all, but management told us there are no 3-bedroom units available. Such a shame

If I can give zero stars I would. Management is extremely unprofessional and the higher ups don’t hold their staff accountable! They falsely accuse residents of outrageous behavior. They speak and act in front of children in the most disturbing way. If you’re looking to live in a peaceful place, this is not it! Don’t waste your time or money!

Renters beware! If you think the 1 star ratings here are one-offs or anomalies, check out the 1.7 review rating for RPM Development Group, the Management company, on Google. You may luck out and end up in a unit with no issues, I however am on apartment #2. I  moved into the so called "Luxury" Apartment building July 2021. Thus far, my 2.5 month stay at Whitlock while paying $2K+ per month, has included an apartment with daily millipede infestations, a dishwasher that tipped over after the 2nd use, water leaks through brick walls, soft crumbling walls, a relocation to a unit on a higher floor, followed by more millipedes, an unstable floor with gaps, bubbles and concaved sections, flooring installed over a bolt which I stepped on and more water leaks and/or mold. 📍 Warning 📌 I'm here to confirm that the negative reviews you see are largely accurate. It's been an unfortunate experience for the most part. However, I believe it's important to give credit where credit is due. The true stars ⭐️ of this place are the maintenance crew, who work tirelessly to keep the property in shape. They may come unannounced, but their efforts don’t go unnoticed. It’s disheartening to see how the grounds get trashed by tenants who clearly don’t care about their living environment. The level of neglect can be astonishing! While the crew does their best to clean up, it’s nearly impossible for them to stay ahead of it all. Our unit had its perks—great views and that “wow” factor when you first saw it. Unfortunately, the heat/AC unit was a constant headache, regularly
