Whitley Apartments

We’ve been at Whitley for about a year now, and we absolutely love it here. We’ve lived in a few different areas of town and have toured at least 20 apartment complexes here, and we can confidently say we’ve made the right choice. The concierge team here is outstanding – always friendly, always helpful and a pleasure to see when returning home every day. The new leasing team and maintenance have been super responsive to the few issues we’ve had since the new team came in last year. The residents are always friendly and respectful of each other’s spaces – this is not a frat boy party house – and we have made really great friends living here. I lived at The Whitley and absolutely loved my experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and always made me feel welcome and taken care of. The building is kept 100% clean at all times — from the lobby to the common areas to the amenities, everything is spotless. The views from the apartment are insane — waking up to the downtown Austin skyline never got old. It’s the perfect spot if you want luxury living in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance. Highly recommend The Whitley to anyone looking for a high-quality, comfortable place to live downtown!

Perfect apartment building. I love this place. I can't think of a better place to live in Austin. What sets Whitley apart is that it is simply CLASSY. Unlike some of the other high rises that were rushed up during the pandemic boom, Whitley was built a few years earlier with a true emphasis on quality and quiet luxury. The concierge team is great. They are the epitome of professional. They are always going out of their way to help. I felt 100% safe here all the time. The amenities are also great, especially the pool with the waterfall and the free espresso in the lobby. A++ experience at Whitley.

Nothing but good things to say about the Whitley!! Carrie is the sweetest at the front desk. Moving in was a very smooth process. Maintenance requests are super quick. Pool and grill area is always calm which is a plus! Lavender towels at the gym are great. My favorite part is the view of the city from my balcony and the location. I love walking to anything downtown - such a plus that I can walk to YTX & HoM Yoga. We’re also attached to a Royal Blue!!

I’ve lived here for a while, but my recent experience with the A/C in my unit has been extremely disappointing. I went nearly five days without functioning air conditioning, and the lack of communication throughout the process made the situation even more frustrating. Maintenance replaced parts but left the system running with no airflow multiple times, and I was repeatedly told I would receive updates that never came. The temporary accommodations offered were not suitable as a long-term solution, especially with an issue that dragged out this long. Even after visiting the leasing office in person, I still didn’t receive consistent or clear information on when the repair would actually be completed.
