Whitestone Crossing

Traveling due to work and we go through motels/hotels alot. By far this place has been one of the best I've stayed at, had to cut the stay short but none the less it was great. Made me want to take up the fact of moving into the apartments myself, they also lease! Pet friendly, nice area, alot of places around to go to, even the gentleman in the office was helpful and very nice. In all I recommend this place 👍

So I left a review about how the guy Sonny took my 500 after I applied for an apartment and did not get my deposit back because of him stalling and now he left a reply saying that he’s sorry for the experience I had and that if I need anything not to hesitate to contact, but I did try to contact and he cussed and hang up on me. Very bad place do not recommend it at all.👎

How can describe this place? When I first moved here. I will tell you there was problems. They just turned over management. The apartment that I Least had problems. The AC went out, and I just moved almost all my stuff into that apartment. They told me you can move to another apartment. I told him no because I just moved all my stuff into that place. They got fixed but then things are changing. Not for the worse but it got better. The owner of the property hired a new maintenance staff. Let me say he’s very good. I was very impressed with him. He kept his word with me. He’s good. As I was speaking to the maintenance personnel. He was telling me about a manager at his other place. Well, she came over here. Also, her name is Connie.. Don’t move here. Absolutely worst management I’ve ever experienced. Complete lack of communication, and zero follow through with EVERYTHING. My washer was broken since the day i moved in, August, they finally got around to coming to take a look at in about 3 months later and gave me a smaller front loading washer in the meantime until they fixed the big/regular one. Here we are 4 months later and I’ve emailed and called about it and no one has responded to emails or calls me back about it. They apparently are enforcing towing and send multiple emails throughout the week and yet there’s still broken down cars and cars without parking stickers all over the apartment lot. It smells and like cigarettes and weed here 24/7. We are forced to pay $30 for a trash fee, but there’s a list of instruct

My husband and I toured the two smaller one bedrooms and the appliances and granite counter tops are a major plus. The whole property is Brand New and definitely a smaller complex but even so the way they used the space in the two units is definitely better for just a single person as opposed to a couple. The kitchen in one of them was going to be impossible for two adult people to fit in at the same time (the other one was a more open floor plan and neither one have a dining room really just living room/kitchen). What was weird is that the SMALLER unit cost more (the one with the more open kitchen floor plan). We also have a king bed which would have had a hard time fitting in either one of the unit's bedrooms (corner-fit would work but it was gonna be snug). The bathrooms had no cabi
