I recently moved from Whitehall after 7 years. I will tell you that because of Dahja and Brianna, I enjoyed my last year at Whitehall. The two of them were a bright spot in my day. I always stopped in after walking my dogs for a little chit chat and treats for Grace and Mercy. I hope the corporation realizes the benefits to having a professional front door team.
Dahja and Brianna are the best in the office!!! Hands down since I have lived at Whitehall they have always been efficient and professional. Always attending to my needs. Staying on top of maintenance to make sure work orders are done. Thank you both for everything you have done for me. Please give these beautiful souls a raise or some type of recognition because they deserve every bit of it !.
My roommate and I broke our lease after just 2 days because the unit was DISGUSTING and ROACH INFESTED. Management tried to play dumb like that place was “professionally cleaned.” You can see on her review that they replied pretending we never told them these issues. My email threads, recorded phone calls, and recorded office visits would beg to differ. Stop deleting bad reviews/arguing and take care of people. How would we break our lease and get a refund without telling you the unlivable issues in that place? Get serious.
The Whitehall Estates staff were all professional and pleasant to work with. Ms. Deja Hill showed support, professionalism, and help me navigate through the application process with ease. I'm very thankful I chose Whitehall apartments for my new home.
I visited White Hall Estates on 3/20/25 after speaking with Dahja Hill via phone call. Once I arrived at the property Dahja took me on a tour to view a unit that was ready to be moved into. She was very professional, knowledgeable and such a sweet young lady to work with. I was so impressed by her and the apartment that she showed me I went home that evening and did my application. Thanks so much Dahja for your professionalism and patience with me. White Hall is lucky to have you!!! 🙂
