Whitefield Commons Apartments

All the appliances is cheap. The rent office is never open. I got moisture black mold in my walls around my vents. I have no hot water for over a week wasn’t even notified or contacted about the water. I do not recommend anyone moving here

My review has nothing to do with the people who manage the leasing office and everything to do with the terms of my lease and the issues that I face as a tenant and per Westley Housing being completely profit driven. People of lower income are consistently being subject to tow companies targeting any and all those who don’t have a decal. Strict rules and vague unwritten requirements have prevented me as a renter from being able to get a decal or even a temporary one and its resulted in type towing of my vehicle multiple times despite me leaving documentation that I live here as obvious as the dash board. Calling them or management is met with “we can do what we want”. Wesley Housing has contracts with these companies and should seriously consider how it makes THEM look as a property manage
