White Rock Apartments

Been here going on a year this coming October. The office staff Hali and Kassandra are super nice and helpful. The maintenance crew does a good job. The property is well kept up and clean. The community is a pretty quiet ones, except for my upstairs neighbor, always making noise till 2am. Definitely would recommend people to come live here.

Lived here for a quick 6 month lease, let me just say if me & my boyfriend hadn’t found a house yet we definitely would’ve renewed the lease, no complaints AT ALL. Property is always kept clean, very quiet area, no sketchy activity, felt safe to walk alone with my baby. The lovely ladies in the office were always a big help especially Natalie, she was always there to answer any questions me and my partner had.

I have been here 11 years now. The property has ALWAYS been kept clean and our maintenence team is phenomenal. The current team in the office is the best it has ever been and they are smiles, helpful, and amazing. Natalie communicates incredibly and is always refreshing to work with..she rocks. The pool is clean and sharp, great gym, and their maintenance team is super dependable, friendly, and quick..Honestly, Whiterock has truly been as their name entails...my home.

I’ve had a great experience with Lori from White Rock Apartments. She is always incredibly helpful and kind, going out of her way to assist with any concerns. Additionally, the maintenance team is excellent—responsive, efficient, and professional. It’s clear they care about keeping the community comfortable and well-maintained. I truly appreciate the outstanding support from both Lori and the maintenance staff.

The apartment complex, as a whole, is NOT safe. Security gate is broken regularly, courtesy officer has never answered, not once. Shootings, with simply an email informing the tenants of a watered down version of events. I was barely there in my own home the last 6 months of my lease due to these safety concerns. Which is ludicrous. I would not recommend leasing here, especially as a single woman or a woman/family with children. The only thing guaranteed to be safe, will be your packages in the leasing office. Do not trust anyone in that office.
