White Pines Apartment Homes

White Pines' application process was simple and they always got back to us in a very timely manner! We could not be more pleased with the individual who helped us through the application process. The apartment tour was also great and the 1 bedroom layout is super nice, spacious, and well-organized. All the employees we have interfaced with have been kind, helpful, and great at providing the information and care we need. We are excited to be moving in soon!!

My boyfriend and I are SO excited to get to call White Pines home! Lacarra Mullis has been an absolute blessing and I couldn’t thank her enough! Through the entire process she was very kind, upfront, and worked quick to get us where we are today! Management has been very kind and welcoming as well, even when I’m jumping the gun asking questions they unfortunately didn’t have answers to yet. Looking forward to finally moving in! After a couple of weeks of filling out applications, struggling with current housing and desperately trying to get out and find our own place, we are beyond grateful too have been blessed with this opportunity to get back on our feet and find a place we can truly call home. OH MY GOODNESS❣️ I NEED TO PRAISE GOD RIGHT NOW, (and always of course, lol.), AND THANK HIM FOR HIS LOVING GUIDANCE❣️✝️❤️‍🔥☝️🙏🤚 It takes a lot to relocate to another state, when you’re on section 8, or restricted income. The porting process is is very involved, and can be confusing for a lot of people. I’m sure. That said? Idaho🤗, is one of the safest states in our country! It’s either the 1st, or 2nd, safest state. It is also probably the cleanest state I’ve ever been in, or experienced seeing should I say. I believe one of those reason reasons, is because it’s not a state you could just get into really easily. And I am so grateful for that! I went through quite the process before finally being approved! But a lot of the holdup was due to some glitches down in California, where I’m from

While I was going through the rental approval process the person I was working with at Pedcor was Lacarra Mullis. I could not have asked for a nicer person to work with she is so professional and knowledgeable and so easy to work with. She told me exactly what was needed regarding my paperwork and would always acknowledge when it was received. She is just a person who goes the extra mile and Pedcor should be so happy that they have an employee like her working for them. Thank you Lacarra and Pedcor for all your help.
