White Pine Apartments

I live at this apartment and It has been a great experience. Chris and Garrett are amazing. I had a problem with my sink and Garrett came out that night to take a look at it and it was fixed the next day. Quick service and they’re always so kind and friendly. I always recommend this place to anyone looking for a home.

We have lived white pine for over a year and anytime we have problems or maintenance issues Chris and Garrett are always there to help with them. Chris has also been very helpful with getting our transfer going to be be able to move to north pine apt.

I currently live there it's a pretty good place to live everyone keeps themselves just like all places a couple problems starters but pretty quiet for the most part Christopher the apartment manager is pretty decent Garrett the maintenance man is a great attentive person

Great experience from start to finish. With so many “sketchy” and dishonest property management companies in CDA, Christopher at White Pine is trustworthy, communicates everything needed, and actually responds in a timely manner. Gave me and my wife all the little details that would be good to know BEFORE signing anything. There was no surprises. He was great dealing with. Couldn’t recommend them more.

White Pines Apartments has been recently remodeled and updated. The new manager, Christopher, is super friendly and helpful. White Pines is in a great location near WinCo, Starbucks, and the Kroc Center.
