White Oaks West Apartments

Lived in this complex for 4 years. Overall experience was good. Sadly, left due to rising rent, but that's all apartments. Area is quiet and away from traffic. Close proximity to all Gates-Chili schools and Tops. Apartment layouts area decent, though I wish there was carpeting in the living room, as everything but the bedrooms have vinyl wood planks. Kitchen was medium sized with a dishwasher. And a medium sized refrigerator comes with the apartment. While the place comes with a through-wall AC, it will struggle to cool the main areas and do nothing for the bedrooms. Bathroom is serviceable and personally never had any issues with any of the fixtures. Really clean area, in a great placement from the high-school and grocery stores. In a good place for a lot of great places to go for about everything. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and the size of the apartments are a good size

Staffing experience was great for me I called inquiring about a two bedroom Billy Joe immediately asked for my information to email me an application it’s a quick and easy process in the staffing is very helpful everything I needed to know was sent to me via email I really appreciate her help
