I am facing a lawsuit, because White Mountain Realty listed the property I bought and stated manufactured homes ok, so I didn’t think there would be a problem with a trailer that I brought to the property, I spent thousands on the septic system. Shortly after, I received a notice that I violated the CC&RS, that I was unaware of. It was a demand to remove the structure. In order to comply, my septic system will be destroyed by hauling 18,000 lbs over the system. The attorney that represents the people in the lawsuit against me, is also a realtor with White Mountain Realty. Yet he claims it’s not a conflict of interest. If you want a good realtor, look elsewhere!
They are extremely knowledgeable in all types of land and residential properties in the greater Showlow and Pinetop areas. I was impressed with their background in development and construction which helps smooth any issues with the home during the buying process. If you are looking for local experts in the White Mountains, this is the wisest call you can make.
