Robert is a good landlord, treats tenants fairly and is very professional and empathetic. Coming out of a traumatic situation from out of state, moving to Lafayette and feeling out of place. It is nice to know there are good landlords still and Robert is one of them. I recommend White Door Realty if you want to be treated fairly!

White Door Realty is an amazing company to rent from. The few issues we had in our time renting with the company, they were always resolved in a timely manner. Great office workers, are always pleasant. When we started looking for a house, Robert came with the results. He was helpful and gave great advice. Not only advice he listened, not just trying g to make a sell and he worked for us not himself I wish I knew him alot sooner. Not only did I rent and buy a house from a great person but I got educated on what to look for in the middle of a deal, my hats go off to this amazing team

Over the past few weeks, I’ve contacted almost 10 different rental agencies in the area and White Door is the ONLY one to respond to my inquiry. I’m sure they receive a large amount of emails, but Barbara was very helpful to me even though I am not a current tenant. The professionalism and quick response was very appreciated and I felt this should be recognized with 5 stars.

They make sure they take care of anything we need right away and get the best technicians and maintenance guys to our house when needed. I highly recommend their business to everyone! Rented a house in West Lafayette for 2 years. Overall they were fine, we fixed a lot of minor things on our own rather than calling. They did come and address bigger things when needed which wasn't often but that was fine. As with any rental place I recommend a final walk through with them.
