The authorities of housing and urban development needs to put attention to this place since they evict tenants illegally without a court order… maintenance staff go into your apartment without permission and on top of they take for ever to fix anything

Today, I took my car in for a wash, and I was impressed by how helpful the staff was in guiding me to select the right wash option. After my car was cleaned, the customer service continued to shine. The car manager approached me to ensure that I was satisfied with the wash and to see if I needed any assistance. I noticed him actively engaging with other customers as well, checking in on those vacuuming their cars, which created a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the attentive service made my visit enjoyable and stress-free.

ApartmentRatings I been living in Whistler Cove Apartment for over 5 years and I been facing a lot of issues for maintenance and sanitation. I been dealing with a lot roaches that I have to keep fulmigating myself... Plus all the maintenance that I had to pay with my own money to repair walls, appliances, floor, and bathroom... I been spending thousands of dollars to maintain the apartment clean and a place capable to live in there..And they keep increasing the rent over and over .. I dont recommend people to move into the Whistler Cove apartment and not mention somany wear people from other area that doesn't live here to hang out in the complex apartments... No quiet secure anymore like before use to be...

Lived here 10 yrs and I love it here. The new manager Brian has been great! Yuli is a great asst. manager and they both get things done. The whole team is good.

I would not recommend this apartment complex based on my experience. I moved in expecting a safe, comfortable living environment, but encountered several issues that the management failed to address adequately as well as delayed maintenance, roach infestation and poor communication. Adding to this, it has been over 30 days, and I still haven’t received my security deposit back. After sending emails demanding information on my security deposit they threatened to send me to collections because I owed them after the 30 day mark from the day I moved out. maintenance issues went unresolved. The management’s negligence, combined with their poor communication and disregard for tenant rights, made my experience incredibly frustrating.
