It's a community that looks out for one another and try to keep each other safe in the complex clean. I enjoyed going to St Pete in visiting my friends there and hanging out at the pool. All the residents seem very cordial.
Bought my first home here just over a year ago. Great up and coming community, big patios, gated parking and quiet neighbors.
I went to view a town home here. Photos of the development do not rectify what it looks like in person. All the reviews of this place are REALTORS!
