I’ve been here since April 2024. First I want to appreciate the maintenance team especially Johnathon. He was super kind & helpful. I actually felt less embarrassed over a clogged toilet because of him. I will say there is a couple of issues but maybe not too huge. The walls can be a bit thin in some areas of the apartment so you can almost hear a conversation happening, definitely enough to keep you up at night. The lights outside go out after a while which makes it hard to see from the peephole. Although the apartment is kept clean, they have pest control & I myself use bug killer spray, roaches will appear out of nowhere, dead thankfully most of the time but it seems like that’s an undergoing issue. I’m almost more than certain that a lot of units have black mold growing on the outside

Outstanding service! The maintenance technician was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. They arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and fixed it quickly without cutting corners. Everything was left clean and working perfectly. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing the job right. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable maintenance services.

Beautiful safe quiet place. No roaches, insects or anything of that nature they do exterminate monthly. The property is great I do love how safe it is for my kids and myself. All the neighbors are friendly and also Management is friendly and kind . When a work order is submitted maintenance gets back quickly to address any issues or concerns . Staff is always cleaning the lawn areas and mutual areas shared. I have been here coming up on a year .I have 0 complaints . The staff deserves a pat on their backs!

I would give a zero stars if I could!! Don’t recommend living here the roaches are bad and they “forget” to schedule pest control. They allow couples to cause a disturbance with domestic violence on multiple occasions and ignore the many complaints even with the video proof they have been provided. Cops are out here at least every other day and for me complaining on the person for domestic violence they allowed him to stay which led to my car being keyed but it makes sense when the maintenance man is constantly going over to the guys house to “hang out”. This place is not a good place to have kids or family nothing but issues constantly that don’t get fixed because management simply doesn’t care.

I’ve been living at this apartment complex for about a year and I truly enjoy it. The office staff is friendly and professional, and maintenance is always quick to respond to any concerns. The property is well maintained, and the community feels safe and comfortable. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it.
