Whispering Pines Apartments

My living experience at WPA is superb! I’ve been a resident for the past two years and I’ve never once been disappointed. Property manager Kelly is awesome! The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable of whatever you need. Kudos to Tyson and Mr. Jose who has assisted my family and I many times with minor maintenance issues(changing blinds, light fixtures, ac leakage). Each visit was always prompt, quiet (not to disturb anyone) and quick! The property is ALWAYS clean! One thing my family and I are most grateful for about the property is the space! The rooms are spacious and we have a huge porch/balcony for our private use! The lawns are clean and ideal for kids playing! My six year old and the neighbors have loads of fun playing in the lawn after school! Excellent and suitable place to raise

Very quiet overall. Management is great at handling all complaints/concerns and all staff are very friendly. Can’t beat it for the price. We’re renewing our lease in case that’s any indication of our satisfaction with the place.

The Property Manager Kelly and her staff do an outstanding job keeping our community safe, and properly maintained. Responding to residents’ work orders/maintenance requests are a top priority for them. The staff are friendly, helpful and respectful. Very satisfied with the place, I’ve been a resident 7+ years now.

Mrs. Kelly has always upheld each tenant to the highest standard, as well as created a clean, quiet and safe space for us all here at Whispering Pines. I have been a resident for 9+ years & she makes the complex feel like one big family. Ms. Tammy has also been a breath of fresh air when it comes to needing assistance, and the maintenance team is always spot on. I would not have been here as long as I have if it wasn’t for the staff here at Whispering Pines. They are all truly amazing!

I am currently a satisfied resident for more than 3 years now. I choose to stay here because it is the best apartment complex in the area. They have the most reasonable rent, peaceful and quiet community, safe and secured and most importantly, the management is excellent. Ms Kelly is an awesome property manager. They respond immediately to your issues when you email. For urgent issues outside office hours, the team responds quickly through a hotline. The area is near the fire station, police station, churches, food chains, and stores. I feel very comfortable because Whispering Pines is home.
