Whispering Fountains at Riverside

No security, gates are always broken. Bad neighbor hood. No parking for caretakers or visiting family. My car got towed for visiting and checking on my mother. I would not recommend this place to no one. I would actually give it no stars if I could. It has lousy management. A lot of drug activity and homeless people in the area.

I lived at Whispering Fountains for about 4 years. My 1st 2+ years were good. Over the last 2 years the management has turned over about 4 times, the staff are rude to the seniors that they provide services to, the laundry rooms are always dirty and the washing machines out of service or either leaking, leaks in the apartments, flooding, barbecue pits around the property unusable, the pool out of service frequently, minimal quality care for repairs, office hours does not coincide within their schedule, they do not provide any activities for the seniors.It’s really sad how the management/owners take advantage of people who are on fixed income. I don’t understand how the owner (s) of that property can even sleep at night.The internal/ external conditions of the apartment are not physical

I currently live here, 01/2024. Been here two years and I have Never seen one roach😁no kids running around and staff does their best to keep riff-raff out. complex is clean, laundry works, clean swimming pool, clean rec room. I'm staying.

I have an apartment in Whispering Fountains. The staff (Maria) have been very kind, polite and very professional in my interactions with them. They have an excellent maintenance crew, who are all very respectful and kind. A shout out to Richard, Gustavo, Alfredo and Rene. An excellent choice if your looking for a 55plus environment. Very close to many strip malls and eateries. There is also a Walmart, Rite Aid, and an El Pollo Loco within walking distance. Update: 07/07/23 Office staff have changed/maintenance crew basically same as when we moved in. Have since made a few friends. They have weekly food giveaway for tenants (every thursday) and a shout out to city of Riverside who come once a month with good quality food and amenities (toothpaste, toilet paper, etc) for the tenants.
