Whisper Lake Apartments

I'm making this review for any future residents interested in this complex. the atmosphere is nice, quiet, and peaceful. i do enjoy the nature and cabin-like feel of these apartments. and the staff when i first moved here a year ago was very helpful and professional. i cannot say the same for new staff, there was one leasing agent who i do not know the name of that seemed like she had no idea what her job was and couldn't answer any of my questions. as we've come up on our lease ending, we never recieved a lease renewal, and ultimately decided to end our stay here. it was a pain in itself just trying to get answers about lease renewals, which i guess they got behind on as there is no more leasing manager as of recently. as for the apartments themselves, the layouts are very appealing, esp

Was going to move here but all of a sudden when I got into the office for a tour, they "changed their pricing" to about $250 more than listed This forced me to look elsewhere and it was one of the greatest things that ever happened because I found a place in champions Gate 200 ft² bigger 2/2* for $100 cheaper than the original listed price, $350 less than the in office price. The staff was super friendly and the apartment wlas super cute with a luxury kitchen but not worth $1,550 for a one bedroom one bath sorry. Appreciate the help The one good thing about this place is they offer you the ability to pay your rent in two payments if you qualify. That flexibility is good for people who are trying to pay the rent that is way too expensive for what it's worth ✌️🕊️

Been staying here for two years now, and it’s nice and quiet over here. They also host events almost every holiday—they don’t miss lol I’m glad I was able to stop by today and see what the hype was about I give it a 10/10. Anissa is very helpful and kind; she will always put a smile on your face with her warm and friendly attitude. The community feels welcoming, and the management genuinely cares about keeping residents engaged and happy. Overall, a great place to live!

PSA, the website will let you schedule tours close to closing but the leasing office will ask you to reschedule upon arrival and they seemed unaware that their own company’s site allowed that lol. They were very nice but if I wanted to secure a tenant/lease I’d instead explain the issue and still give the tour, just saying! So this place is officially off our list.

move here if you love mold, unreliable appliances, leaks, water damage, and an incompetent maintenance staff who never does their job. I also recommend moving here if you want to go through multiple units, a pipe burst in my last unit and made it unlivable. before I had moved from that last unit it was infested with cockroaches which no one came for even though there were multiple maintenance requests. In my new unit water leaks through the floors every time I flush my toilet or use my shower, I have put in 4 maintenance requests and nothing was done about it. our screen door was broken when we first moved in and they put in a replacement request, the replacement came today and it’s ripped in multiple places so I’m assuming they didn’t request a new one and just replaced it with a broken o
