Nightmare!!! The walls are so thin that sleeping can be impossible. You can hear everything, especially when the neighbors play music or watch TV all night with a full sound system. I can’t wait until my lease is up, and I’m honestly considering breaking it.

Shady neighborhood, thin walls, and the management is absolutely horrible. They will take advantage of you at every opportunity. My former roommate lived here several years ago and had a similar experience. There are much better options in Fountain Square.

Honestly, not the worst place I’ve ever lived. The apartments are nice and spacious and pretty cozy, and location is pretty great. However, issues don’t get taken care of like they should be. We had an intense ceiling leak in our apartment every time we had heavy rain or snow. We would have to use every single bucket, pot, and bowl available in attempt to capture the leaks, which were so heavy that we would have to constantly empty out the buckets. We would even have to move everything out of our sleeping area into the center of the apartment so our mattress wouldn’t get ruined since the leaks were so heavy that they would splash all over everything close by. It took them over 1.5 years to finally fix this, even after several complaints. And they never even informed us when the issue was

I am a current tenant here and please check these out yourself before you read these reviews because I am in my 3rd yr & love it here!!! To address the issues on some previous reviews, it is very safe, quiet area (police station literally nxt door) the building is locked/have to have code/key to enter which I love because not just anybody can walk up on where you call home. Now sometimes ppl leave the door cracked but I have never seen any homeless sleeping in the hallways or even a package missing! The floor plans are absolutely beautiful!!! Definitely a New York loft vibe. Very clean building, I have never had any bug problems. Walls aren’t the thickest but it’s still peaceful. A few nice amenities, and they are under new management which is doing a fantastic job!!! Are these apartment

The greatest place to live hands down. I’ve been living here for about 3 months now and I’m eccentric about how living here the remainder of my lease. Thanks to all the friendly staff that helped me with my application and got me in my apartment. Love love love it. I would give 10 stars.
