DO NOT MOVE HERE. Moved here six months ago with my infant twin daughters, I am a young single mother. Something they failed to tell me is that there’s a major cockroach infestation which is illegal and a violation of the Massachusetts health code. They have been doing cockroach sprays since I moved here which have been completely ineffective, and have been nothing but an inconvenience and worrisome environment. I do not trust these sprays especially around children. They give you short notice for them, and you have to completely strip your kitchen and bathroom and now they want me to move everything to the center of the rooms, not sure how that’s possible for anyone let alone a single mother of twins. I lived there for two years and the two years that I was living there the apartment complex went downhill really quickly. It’s supposed to be secure buildings. The doors were not locked, so anybody can walk into the building people hanging out in the hallways and when it was time for me to leave, they were not helpful at all. Whatever you do DON'T MOVE HERE! -Used condoms, trash, and dog poop all over the property. -Fire alarms are not properly calibrated and go off for no reason. Including today, christmas day -ROACHES. SO MANY ROACHES!! They have exterminators fumigating since June. Multiple people have filed service requests and after 7 months nothing has changed. I never dealt with roaches until living here. I lived here during a 16-month lease and I am awaiting my move out statement and security deposit of $1000. Apparently, Wexford Village was sold to Harbor Rental Group and no one has responded to my messages despite numerous calls to both companies. The expectation is that they would respond in a professional manner and that I would rightfully be returned my security deposit. Management is legally obligated to respond within 30 days!
