Poor communication. They do not respond to basic questions, generally have a rude communication style (unprofessional customer service) and they do not take complaints seriously. Rule enforcement is selective, and policies are not uniformly enforced. I will update this review if anything improves.

Brian is temperamental, hostile and rude. All in one conversation, he spoke to me as if I was a child, talked over me and kept mansplainting that we only had 3 hours to put down a deposit when all we were asking for was to receive a copy of the lease agreement so we could familiarize ourselves with the rules. As a business person, he has no tact. Since I wouldn’t allow him to speak to me in such a manner, he called back fuming a min later and said he was denying our application because of my ‘tone’. What an embarrassing way to conduct business. 👶

Terrible company, deserves to be shut down
