If I could choose no star I would. This complex is the worst, especially when you have disabled children. I moved there because,I was a single mom and still. I didn’t know or had any place to go so I stood there the worst experience ever I had the police called on my special needs child that’s 13 because he was making noise on weekends but management knew he was disabled and they placed me on the second floor. Liliana, the lady that works in the office told me that if she moves me to the first floor, I would have to pay everything all over again like moving to a new complex. So, the money I paid for security deposit and registration fee will be lost. Smh I was forced to move out because of what was going on and not be able to live in peace kids aren’t allowed to play outside ride bikes p

My family and I were misplaced from a house fire and then we lost our rental to a sewer back up floodafter in less then a year. We were not able to find a rental that would accommodate my children and service animals. The staff here and the community and company too every step to get us approved as fast as 2 days!! Betzaida from Westwood Park the maintenance team, Jessica from San Remo, Erica from heritage Park Apartments were together as a team to go above and beyond the accomodations to take my application to corporate so we would not be left in the streets. So I want to personally thank every last one of these employees when I say this was a beautiful loving and attentive experience as a renter I have ever had!!!!! 0/10 . Do not move here. They have multiple vandalism’s and do nothing to protect or help their residents. The office employees reside in the complex and watch the residents daily. If you aren’t doing what the main office lady wants , she will send letters weekly with “complaints”. No pool , park is barely big enough for a toddler to enjoy themselves . You can’t have guests for more than 3 days or they will put a sticker on their car threaten to have it towed. 2k + in rent to be harassed , stolen from and lack of amenities . Save yourself the trouble! Worst apartments in Orlando.

If I had to choose the rating it would be 0 stars ⭐️ DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I repeat, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! The reviews aren’t real reviews until you speak with actual tenants. As tenants stated, the maintenance guys deserves a 5 star for their hard work and dedication although they don’t speak English very well. However, you would think paying 2K plus in rental fees plus more you would be protected and secured but NOT!!! Someone car was just stolen and the office officials don’t care if you’re not one of their people. Other cars have been seen visibly on construction bricks due to stolen rims. They will tell you they have no access to their cameras but they know who leaves trash behind and what all goes on in the neighborhood far as cars being parked in unassigned spots or cars being parked t
