Westwood Gardens Apartments

I lived here for three years. Took me two years to get a new refridgerator that would actually freeze ice and keep fruits good for longer than two days. They failed to fully replace insulation and boards that had been rooting due to a boiler exploding beneath my apt and after that happend I was in the hospital for three days for mold poisoning and CO2. They also charged me 2500 for the damage which they failed to fix three months before I moved out that I had asked them to look at. They also left my name on the electricity so I had to pay while they were remodeling. It was better when sidel ran it at least they showed up when u had something that leaked or a broken tub. I met my wife Dec. 2005 and married her a year later in 2006, at which time I moved in with her at Westwood Gardens. Before I moved in, my wife and I tried to reason with the caretaker to let us out of our lease based on the fact that my wife and I have three kids between the two of us. Even though we were over the occupation limits for a two bedroom at Westwood, the caretaker said there was no clause in our lease saying that if we had more than four people in the apartment, we could get move out. The only way out of the lease was to "buy out the remaining three months of your lease" and we would be free to go. I have been living here about nine years overall l am ok but the last few years things aren’t getting fix or you have to wait to long our packages was coming up missing and now it is time for the heat to come on they haven’t done that yet or it is on but it is not quite on that high I have had cockroaches hopefully the problem has ceased yes they have treated my apartment thank you Vanzetta Jones

Should be zero stars. Lived here 15 months. GM is so rude. Mailbox & storage unit broken into. Avoid AT ALL costs.
