Westwood will do anything to drive out longstanding small businesses. Rather than returning our almost $1600 deposit from the 1990's, their ultimate final greedy gesture was to reduce the offered amount down to less than $300. Eastway Eye Care paid for the interior and exterior space thoroughly cleaned and was in excellent condition, especially for a 33 year old location. Westwood removed exterior signage at double the normal estimate by local contractor and their contractor damaged the sign in the process as our pics will show. They falsely claimed 'breach' as they held our rent checks for several days before depositing, to force you to use a credit card in their portal. Absolutely the worst property management group out there. If you are a small business I would suggest staying away from this old greasy traditional pig like company. They provide nothing to you as they demand you solve issues for them.
