Westwood Apartments

The apartments are beautiful, and spacious, the community is pleasant and peaceful, and the Office manager Carmen is a God send, I can’t begin to describe her level of compassion, professionalism, and angelic spirit. For me there is nothing more important than living stability, and having someone you can trust in when it comes to your living stability is vital. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART CARMEN, may God bless you in ALL of your future endeavors.

My husband and I have lived her going on 4 years. Maintance has always been fast and friendly. Whenever something needs to be taken care of you can easily place a work order online they will show up the next day. The Office team is AMAZING ASHLEY & CARMEN are always so helpful and friendly. Whenever we had an issue they always made sure to handle it and communicate as things where happening within the complex. I absolutely love living here, they truly have us spoiled here. If it wasn't for our family growing, my husband and I would stay here a little while longer. So if your looking for you next home in a place where people truly care you can not go wrong with Westwood.

The two young lady’s who work the main desks are truly phenomenal without them these apartments would not be a float. I really enjoy being here specifically because of the people they have who work here their team is amazing and they move with such a sense of urgency for their residents. All of my neighbors are great we all get a long and never have issues. I’m going on my second year of being here and I truly wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! Thank you for all you guys do!!!! You all rock!

If you like your peace I’d say stay away! the walls are super thin! I get woke up every morning either from my upstairs neighbor or from neighbors talking outside of my apartment, which I can hear from the inside of my room! There’s a lot of trees which causes spiders & roaches especially when it’s raining although I keep my apartment very clean. It’s been going on 3 WEEKS that I have called and asked my unit to be sprayed on Friday and it has yet to be done! And every time I call the leasing office and speak with Carmen or Melissa they are not accommodating, they do not take accountability what so ever and they’re actually rude. Instead, management will manipulate residents and get upset with you if you’re frustrated because they aren’t doing what you’ve asked, although you’ve been patien

Hands down the best office and maintenance crew I have ever dealt with in apartments. They actually care about their apartments and their residents and that is very rare in most apartment complexes. Carmen you have been a Godsend we appreciate all the time you spend and all the work you do to make sure your residents are taken care of, you and Ashley are a great team and it shows by the way the apartments look and from the chill environment because your residents have no complaints and we just all be chilling, Thanks again for all that you guys do. I give five stars and if I had to make a choice again I would choose Westwood again with no hesitation.
