Westwood Apartments

I have lived here for five years and maintenance crew has been very attentive. It may take three business days or five but they do a good job when they come to maintenance. They are polite and respectful in regards to all the work orders that I have put. The ladies in the office are very respectful and I have seen some crazy stuff people screaming at them and they always stay nice and calm. I think they are doing a great job and better here than the last management.

I love this place. It’s been 6 months now. Everyone is so friendly and the staff is amazing. I hope to be here for many more years.

I lived here for a while. I never had any problems. although maintenance sometimes takes time to be carried out. my worst experience was when I left the condominium. They charged me for many unnecessary things, including a stove that they removed from my apartment and then no one knew about. They didn't keep any records and I had to pay for a new stove. I advise new residents to ask for a record of everything. to have proof later.

I went to these apartments at the end of July to apply. I told them beforehand that I was looking for apartments for September. They said it would be perfect. They made me fill out and pay for the application. A few days later, they told me I had to move in NOW. I told them my application was for September, not two months before. They told me they would cancel my application and I would lose the money I paid. I emailed, called, and went to speak to them in person, but they didn't refund my money. Now I look at the reviews and see that it's the worst place to live.

I’ve been a Resident at Westwood apartments for almost one year, ever since Manager Holly came to the apartments she gave 💯 turned around for the better “ she is outstanding, Thank You Holly!! She is always open for new ideas, safety with security guards, and upgrades as well, maintenance department now is coming together as well, The other staff like Tracey she’s been a great help since day one.. Thank you Staff, Keep up the great Job!!! 🥰
