Rats in attic from overgrown, unmanaged trees. Won’t respond to emails, property management unavailable so left voicemails and return number. Nothing. 15 minutes on hold each time where I’m the “next up” and then voicemail. Months of no response. Insulation has to be ruined with droppings and nesting, praying wiring is intact. Property upkeep is unmanaged.

First-tier support representative Ace Torres was very helpful and professional. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, made thorough notes, and explained that she would relay the information to higher management. She followed up promptly to inform me that the appropriate person was unavailable and clearly outlined the next steps, including submitting my concerns in writing via email. Throughout the process, she was kind, patient, and an excellent listener. I truly appreciated her assistance and professionalism.

In doing some research for my client who is thinking of purchasing a unit, I reached out to management company and was told someone would get back to me on my questions. Christine got back to me quickly within the hour. Not only did she answer my questions she also gave me much valuable information that will assist my clients in deciding how they want to move forward. Her customer service was great!

This was terrible customer service! I asked to speak with Scottt sells and only got a voicemail that was never returned. I had to call back again. I asked about my HOA payment that never was confirmed electronically or by check. These people don't even know of where we live. I asked for my payment to be confirmed and it wasn't!!! All I got was an email of my check number and the amount . Absolutely no details of a confirmation!!! The service before was MUCH better!

I don’t know where to begin, charging me 400 for a “violation” that they have ZERO documentation for, increased his from 250 to 265 in the few months they’ve been managing the condo I own, now there is a “reserve assessment charge” of 63.72 dls so now my HOA instead of being 250 it’s 328.92 starting this year!
