I moved in here the end of June. 2 weeks later the air-conditioning went out and it took 2 1/2 months for them to fix. Then October 28 I was broken into and back window was busted out. I am still waiting to get that fixed. They don't seem to care enough to get things done in a timely matter. The rent is far to high for income based and only a one bedroom for the age of the complex. For 50 more dollars a month I could be in a 2 bedroom and newer place. I needed a place fast to get out of an abusive marriage. Feels like the abuse never ends.
Okay place to live. Definetly not a place to live long term more then a year. The where decently quick at replacing a broken window.
They take care of their apartments. If I had to live in an apartment I would choose Westview. ♥️♥️
It's income based so they do have some losers, but they apts are cute on the inside.
