Westside Court Apartments

I wanted to share my experiences as a long-term tenant at Westside Court in order that prospective tenants will know what to look for. Westside Court was previously both owned and managed by the same person; it was his favorite property, and it was well looked after. It is now owned by one party and managed by a separate management company, which may account for some of the issues tenants have been experiencing. - I would strongly suggest that prospective tenants walk the perimeter of the downstairs garage even if they don't plan to park or do laundry down there as this will provide some idea as to the property's upkeep. - There are three different parking areas for the complex. Underground garage parking is a huge plus. Sadly, property management hasn't been able to keep the sump pump

Living here ia a gamble due to the incompetence of Indio Mgmt, the managers. We were without Central Air for 11 weeks in summer 2023, one of the hottest summers on record. It turned out that Indio Mgmt could not pay the A/C repair company, so the tenants suffered. Zero credit was given on our rent! Maintenance is haphazard, requiring endless requests. Indio does not create a maintenance ticket or clear tickets until or unless they decide to do the maintenance. The managers are 100% remote; they are never on-site, don't know and don't want to know any tenants, and have no idea what problems need fixing at any complex. All they want is the rent, and they insist you pay online because their managers don't want to ever see you, so there's no office to pay it in person. This would be a pretty

This company is a joke. Our air conditioner has been out for 8 weeks. During one of the hottest summers in TX. They think providing window units is sufficient. I pay rent to have air in my WHOLE unit. Because my living room doesn’t have windows , my unit is in my dining area window. Meaning—my living room, kitchen and bathroom do not have air at all. Try taking a hot shower, watching TV or cooking a meal with that heat. I also have to move my dining room table out of the way to let the air reach the dining room. Everytime I step into my kitchen I have to push my dining table back and forth. My window unit in my bedroom is in the only window and located behind my bed. Meaning my bed has to be in the middle of the room to simply get air. Because of this I’m not getting to use 75% of the spac

I love my studio apartment. It’s like “Sex in the City” meets “Melrose Place”. Safe and quiet, nestled in beautiful surroundings and area. Indio Management has been great with me from looking to moving into the studio. 18 units of Studio and 1 Bedrooms. Best part of living here... Highland Park Christmas Lights!

We moved from St. Paul, Minnesota to Dallas, Texas for work and we went through the application process here to find we were placed in a different apartment then advertised to us and upon move in found the apartment in very rough shape. Instead of replacing broken or really busted parts they just painted over everything. The rust is coming through the paints. The windows were painted over and and part of the floor was broken in one of the closets. The community it's in is quite lovely and first few people we met we're very nice.
