Westside Apartments

Review date: 7/2/2025. It’s been roughly a month since I moved here and so far so good. Sure there are some things that need to be worked out but I have had a very good experience with Vanya and Selena, super helpful and super cool. Docked one star due to maintenance (hot tub, elevator for the amenities and repairs inside apartment). Will provide objective updates with timelines for prospective tenants.

Do not rent here, especially B3. Elevator keeps breaking again and again and takes weeks to fix it. First it wasn’t working from third floor and again it’s not working from any floor. It seems to be getting broken every other week nowadays. This is just ridiculous, yesterday I didn’t knew and brought a bunch of packages with me from the other building. I had a pull in my leg and had to carry everything three floors with the trolley. I don’t even know how an actual disable person can live here, surely there has to be a law against this kind of conscious negligence week after week. Making a building design with one elevator and barely 2/3 stairs entry, not sure which genius made this choice but he/she surely hated humanity! Seems like people living here doesn’t even seem to care anymor

Horrible apartment complex! The hot tub in the main building worked for 3 months out of the 12 months we lived there. To which the manager sends you to the next building, because there is a hot tub there, though it is 25 inches deep or less and is always dirty. The pool is clean but always freezing even on a hot day, as if they specifically add ice water so that no one swims. The elevator in building 1 has not been working for the last few months, they are fixing it and it is not working again (specifically the button to call the elevator from the second floor). If you need to move something heavy from your apartment, first run to the first floor and return to the second by elevator! The gate from Clover Avenue was always broken and anyone could open it without a code, my constant requests

I was living in Westside for a year, and it was great, from the help of the leasing agent to the maintenance people. Tiffany the mananger is amazing. I always felt very happy living in Westside. The community is very beautiful, it has a beautiful pool and a well-equipped gym. The neighborhood is very beautiful, safe and quiet. My dogs loved living there.

We really loved our time at Westside! While we had some issues at the beginning of our move-in, Selena was extremely helpful in getting everything taken care of for us. I cannot say enough nice words about her, she is very kind and extremely helpful whenever we have had an issue. Westside overall is in a great location, the apartments are very spacious, and the amenities are awesome. We will definitely miss this place!
