Westridge Apartments

I got locked out of my apartment at night I have a dog and a child in the house I called maintenance and management and they REFUSED to open the door for me and told me to find a locksmith when maintenance has a master key. I had to wait outside for 3 hours and paid $175 just to unlock my door. The locksmith wanted to break the lock but management were going to charged me extra to replace the lock. All of this could have been avoided if they just opened the door for me. 10/10 DONT recommend.

Love here! No complain so far. Nice place, clean, every 3 months they provide pest management come here and spraying, managers is very sweet!

Decided to change my review from three stars to one after I went to the office with my deposit check to see if it could be split and was promised they would let me know by the next day. It seems the women in the office weren't sure what they were doing. They never contacted me. I've called multiple times. Basically, they kept my deposit even though I was entitled to it. These are just my final thoughts. Do not rent here. There are much better options in the area. Sad to see the change in management. I believe Destiny? is the person that told me she'd call and never did, despite my multiple attempts. I live in an apartment currently that is $300 cheaper and in a much safer area with MUCH better management. I'm assuming the new people in the office don't have much experience, but sad noneth

Nice apartments and they were very friendly and helpful I just didn’t like how they left me hanging and never got back with me concerning my application.

We’ve been living in a townhouse here for 8 months now and have not had hardly any issues. We love the location being right by Botanical Gardens and not to far of a drive from anything in the city of Toledo. We feel like we are in a safe area and we enjoy living here a lot. The staff (Destinee and Pam) are always very nice and have helped us with anything we have needed since we’ve moved in. We haven’t had too much need for maintenance since we started living here because we haven’t had many issues. The few times we have needed them they fixed our issues in a reasonable amount of time and were very nice. I think we pay a reasonable price for rent because of the quality townhouse, staff, and location. Highly recommend!
