Westover Pointe Apartment Homes

I’ve lived here for about 10 months, and this place is an absolute dump. We dealt with nonstop bathroom pipe leaks, constant marijuana smells throughout the building, and rodents living in the walls and pipes. Parking is a complete nightmare. Rent increases year to year are outrageous, and winter makes everything worse. When it snows, the lots are barely cleared, and if you come home late, you will be forced to park several buildings away. Tenants are regularly outside in the snow shoveling around their own cars just to get in or out, which should never happen and is entirely management’s responsibility. Management clearly does not care about basic living conditions, yet they had no problem refusing to waive the early termination fee when we tried to leave despite all of these issues. Do

We lived there for many years. Our problems started when the new administration entered. They misplaced one of our money orders and tried to charge us again. Since we kept a hard copy of every payment, we could prove that our payment had been made. It took them a month and a half to fix a clogged sink for us and our next door neighbors since the system connects. The apartment where we were living had a leakage on one of the exterior walls that we reported several times and it was never fixed. A bad experience to deal with the new administration.

We have lived here for many years and pleased to see the transition of these apartments. Yes, the rent has increased, but well worth it considering the amount of improvements made to the area, to include increase security measures. Both, Ms. Al-Nise Moise and Ms Jo Adams have been extremely helpful in addressing different concerns. The only reason 4 stars are given is simply, the phone system. The voicemail to the main office is either full or you will receive a message to call another number. You may not hear from someone right away but I believe this is due to limited staffing. Please note, once you get a hold of either of the two above individuals, they are extremely helpful with addressing your concerns.

The complex is small with friendly neighbors. Tim takes care of issues as they come up. Jo is super helpful.

I had a very pleasant experience with the office staff. Jo is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
