Suheilly and the manager Gloria make an amazing team! Together they made my move in efficient, quick and easy. The worked diligently in helping with my relocation and made me feel so welcomed. I toured 3 other apartments that day and it was their welcoming demeanor that helped me make my final decision! Not to mention I won a $100 gift card from spinning the wheel.

Huge thank you to the maintenance team, especially Eddie, for always being professional, respectful , and efficient. Issues are addressed quickly, and the quality of work is excellent. The excellent management of the complex headed by Miss Gloria, and the kindness of Zahilis and Suheilly, her assistants in the office, as well as the maintenance team of Eddie, Carlos, and Jose, in addition to such beautiful apartments, the cleanliness of the common areas, and the constant attention of the entire team to ensure that the stay of Weston 4 Hundred residents is pleasant and enjoyable. I am very grateful to all of them, especially on Thanksgiving eve, because I truly feel that I have to be thankful to chose the best place to live.

I’ve had a great experience at this apartment complex. The entire office staff has been very helpful and welcoming, always willing to answer questions and provide support when needed. I especially want to highlight Suheilly—she was incredibly thorough, professional, and patient throughout the process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her dedication and attention to detail really stood out and made my experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate all the effort from the team here!

Update 1/20/26. Still NO RESPONSE.. How many days does it take for a manager to reply back with a solution ? The manager replies to my review yet not to my email where I have included the admin, info & property managers email??? _______________________________________________________________ Moved in around September of 2024 every single personal that has entered the administrative office has failed every single resident. Building 1 had so many issues, from pest control not being controlled, dirty hallways, drug dealing residents, overdosing, disrespectful staff. Biggest issue was walk in shower that had the floor cracked since move in. The water went in through the the walls and they failed to resolve the issue. They only “caulked” it but that never fixed the issue and caused the walls
