Westmount at London Park

Since I’ve moved here January, I haven’t had any problems thus far & move-in was smooth. Very quiet , peaceful ,& close to many main attractions. Nice staff & very understanding. Think I made a good decision on making this my first apartment🫶🏻.

Ms. Tammy in the leasing office was the greatest help with my transition to these apartments. All my needs & concerns were met from my initial move in under different management. I’m super satisfied with the progress that has been made here.

I must say, since I’ve been here in 2021 I too have had my fair share of problems with plumbing & my apartment flooding (3x) to say the least but I will say in the last couple of months there has been a huge turnaround in communication with the management team and tenants. Looking forward to a better outlook staying here as of now.

Do not get a lease here! The worst apartments in Houston! The must have taken the bad reviews down. Ive been living here while and dont know where to start. Roaches, the occasional car break ins that leave cars on bricks in the morning, power going out when there is a storm, they are always shutting off the water and working on plumbing repairs, maintenance taking forever to fix something, and recently, the septic tanks backing up. I noticed a funky smell to all of fresh running water in the kitchen, restroom and shower. And the overflow outside the apartments confirmed this! There is sewage leaking out into the sidewalk and street! Very unsanitary the water is contaminated with sewage i fear for my saftey talking a shower or washing my dishes! They should be sued!
